Evidence for practice, nurses have done the best they could in the patient's interest much of the nursing care provided has been based on personal experience and the experiences of the nurses and other who have gone before, even today, much of the nursing practice is still grounded in tradition unsystematic trial and error, rather than being based on sound empirical investigations.

Yet the need for quality care that us based on the best and most current research is well documented achieving evidence best practice in the nursing will require that qualified nurse researchers conduct research relevant for practice and appropriately disseminate that research to those who can best use it.

Today we need that how can nursing service meet the health needs of the society most effectively? What changes are needed in nursing education? How can the necessary changes be effected in the best possible manner.
